Everyone, regardless of occupation, is faced with the anger of patients, coworkers, or clients. Often we meet anger with anger. As a result, we affect others adversely and perpetuate the anger cycle. This response decreases our ability to help others and causes more suffering for all involved. Rinpoche will help us work with great compassion to restore our sense of well being. We will become more able to help others even in the face of anger.
Drawing on both western research and timeless Tibetan principles of practicing compassion, Domo Geshe Rinpoche discusses the dynamics of dealing with angry people from both a psychological and spiritual perspective. If you want to end the karmic manifestation of anger occurring again and again in your life, take these precious advises to heart.
