Our hearts must be motivated by love if we want to heal ourselves and others. Rinpoche will lead a guided meditation to facilitate the flow of love in our hearts.
Rinpoche begins with a discussion our three obstacle to health – contamination of the sense basis, power relationship with our self, less love energy flowing in our mind and body. Maximum love leads to maximum wellness. Correct human relationship is to love and be loved. This teaching includes an extended discussion of the sense basis that is not found in other versions.
