Our habit to regard others as friends, enemies or strangers determines our capacity to open our hearts. When we encounter difficulties and harm in our relationships, it can cause a break in trust or an end to the relationship. Whether they are near, far, or even deceased, you can heal your relationships with others here and now. We will use Buddhist common sense and meditation principles to get in deep contact with ourselves and understand the dynamics between our inner world and others.
