Rinpoche discusses how we express compassion for vulnerables (inferior), equals, and superiors. When we hold all others in esteem and find them valuable we raise them in our consideration, and are happy to be with them. It gentles us and we are interested in others. Getting along with others 100% comes from us, others not matter if they are easy or not. Being the one who is easy to get along with brings closure.
