Rinpoche discusses entropy and how all systems naturally degrade. There are natural checks and balances to keep us from natural accelleration and max entropy of dying. Living forces try to mininize entropy. We must make effort and take steps to slow entropy and especially entropy of our consciousness with purification and cleaning meditation. We need faith in our ability to purify and reduce negativity.
