Finding Ourselves – German Teaching Visit on zoom

A Domo Geshe Rinpoche Event

Finding Ourselves

Thursday, May 14 2026, 1 -2:30 pm on zoom. Broadcast from Lotus Lake Buddhist Center. In English with German translation as part of the German Teaching Visit.

In our daily lives, we often function as if on autopilot. We react to external expectations, time pressure, and internal habits—and in doing so, we easily lose touch with ourselves. This often results in a subtle feeling of inner restlessness or alienation.

In this talk, Domo Geshe Rinpoche will explore with us how clarity and inner orientation can develop without falling into self-criticism or excessive demands. Together, we will look at how we can discover what is constant and genuine within ourselves beneath the mental noise and our habitual reactions.

The talk is aimed at anyone interested in self-awareness, inner balance, and a mindful approach to daily life.

No prior knowledge of meditation is required.

Format: Online via Zoom

 Language: English with German translation

We look forward to your participation and to an evening of reflection and inspiration together.
