Across traditions and cultures, the call for peace continues to grow stronger. From Buddhist monks walking from Texas to Washington, D.C., to countless other expressions of care and concern, there is a widening recognition that peace is urgently needed.

In this three-part teaching series, suitable for both new and long-time meditators,  Rinpoche invites reflection on how peace can be understood and cultivated in daily life — in our relationships, in moments of rest, and within the heart itself.
