Becoming a Student
Domo Geshe Rinpoche teaches to everyone who attends teachings, regardless of gender, age, religion, or previous spiritual experience. Those who want to take her teachings to a deeper level may request the Green Wisdom Light meditation, which is the beginning of a deeper, guided relationship with Rinpoche.
In the West, the teacher-student relationship is not yet understood very well, and doubt or fear have been created because of unqualified people claiming to be teachers. People who are considering the Green Wisdom Light meditation are encouraged to ask questions about the practice and Rinpoche, and you will find the community members are happy to share their thoughts and experiences.
Rinpoche teaches 2-3 times per year in each of the White Conch communities, and during these visits appointments are available. Contact your nearest center to set up an appointment with Rinpoche to request or discuss a meditation practice.
